He was predeceased by: his wife Lucy Pullen Mantooth; his mother Hattie Mantooth; and his siblings, Bennie Mantooth, Mildred Mantooth Jackson, Jean Mantooth Lyles and Will Dee Mantooth.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda; his son-in-law Brian Smith of Crandall; his brother Charles Mantooth; his granddaughters, Amy Smith and Whitney Smith; and his daughter Kaye Gladden. He is also survived by special friends, the Carlton Petty family; nieces and nephews; and several dear extended family.
