He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Knight and Opal Davis Knight; his wife Virginia Knight; and his brother James Knight. He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Knight and Regina Thomas; and his sister Betty Lawson. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
