He is survived by: his wife Rae Cook; his children, Marynell Singleton (Steve) and William H Cook Jr.; his grandchildren, Justin, Mack, Marcus, Janna, Brandon, Betty and Stephanie; his great grandchildren, Bristol, Brayden, Andrew, Alyssa, Colton and Myleigh; his brother Clyde Cook (Phyllis) of Powder Springs; and his nieces, Emily and LeAnn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members, and close friends.
