We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2023, at the age of 96, Virginia P. Johnson of Covington, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther B. Phillips and Azalee Collum Phillips; her husband Thomas Johnson; her children, LaFayette Daily, Carl Alex Johnson and Cheryl Ann Myers; and her granddaughters, Tara Adair and Tiffany Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Philip Johnson (Rita) of Covington, Deborah Payton (Ron) of Loganville, Crystal Dooley of Covington and Glen Johnson of Monticello. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren, 2 nieces, 2 nephews.
In lieu flowers the family request that donations be made to High Point Baptist Church, 12025 Hwy 36, Covington, GA 30014.
