He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Cowart and Constance Cowart; and his grandson Conner. He is survived by: his wife Digna Cowart; his children, Jennifer Palmer (Hayden) of Utah, Daniel Cowart of Utah, Jared Cowart (Tiffany) of Utah, Kimberly Cowart (Doug Bullock) of Newnan, Cara Cowart (Bobby Bray) of Utah and David Cowart (Angela) of Germany; his stepchildren, Camila Mae Packner (Robert) of Covington, Nathan San Felipe (Melanie) of Covington and Amiel San Felipe of Covington; and his siblings, Matt Cowart of Atlanta and Laura Philpott (David) of Conyers. He is also survived by His 20 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
