She is survived by: her parents, David Anthony Hernandez, Sr. and Barbara Mayes Hernandez; her brother David Anthony Hernandez, Jr. (Hernandez); her children, Brittani Hernandez of Covington and Trent Hernandez of Covington; her grandchildren, Jaxon Hernandez, Jayce Hernandez and Jaden Hernandez; and her sisters, Michelle Sharp of Nebraska and Yvonne Monk of Fort Collins. She is also survived by other family members and many close friends.
