She is survived by: her son Harold; her daughter-in-law Scarlett Temple; her grandchildren, Dalton (Christina), Lincoln and Bailey Temple; and her siblings, Jim Blake (Bobbie) of New York, Betty Ann Novak (Bob) of Pittsburgh, Linda Enciso (Rhonda) of Pittsburgh and Ed Blake of Pittsburgh. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
