It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara Frances Cannon Fowler (Covington, Georgia), who passed away on September 8, 2018, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Fowler. She is survived by: her sister Helen; her children, Norma and Mike; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Jenny, Jeff and Josh; and her great grandchildren, Cody, Brit, Aria, Alexa and Sydney. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
