With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sally Franklin of Covington, Georgia, born in Barnesville, Georgia, who passed away on April 7, 2021 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Willard and Inez Willard; her husband William "Bill" Franklin; and her son Gary Gilstrap. She is survived by: her children, David, Nedra Gilstrap of Covington, Ronnie Gilstrap of Monroe, Rita King of Covington and Ricky Gilstrap of Covington; and her siblings, Gene Willard of Newborn and Judy Norman of Oxford. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and close friends.
