She was predeceased by: her husband Stanford Lewis; and her parents, Walter Callahan and Addie Callahan. She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Fred, Linda Lewis and Barry Lewis; her nieces and nephews, Shane, Angelina Lewis, Merrie and Andy Smith; her great-nephews, Stanford Lewis and Tommy Smith; and her close friend Dawn Moon.
