He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Fred and Julia Simmons Potts; and his wife Saundra Feagins Potts. He is survived by: his children, Robyn Potts of Covington and Kenneth Clay Potts of Kingsport, TN; his grandchildren, Ryan, Myranda, Drew and Gabi; and his great grandchild Stella. He is also survived by many other family members and close friends.
