He was predeceased by: his parents, Leona Carter and Charles Carter. He is survived by: his wife Naomi Carter; his children, Christal Eade (Andy), Brittany Cook (Brandon) and Dalton Carter (Laurel Partyka); his grandchildren, Conner, Hayden Eade, Lane and Hunter Cook; his son Jacob; his grandson Cullen; and his siblings, Ricky Thomas, Randy Carter, Mandy Allen (Tony), Randy Thomas (Sharon), Gloria Wade and Phil Thomas.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the J. C. Harwell & Son Funeral Home (2157 East St, Covington, GA 30014). A memorial service was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of J. C. Harwell & Son Funeral Home (2157 East St, Covington, GA 30014).
