We are sad to announce that on April 28, 2023, at the age of 61, Patty Kelly of Covington, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Buddy Hinson and Charlotte Hinson; and her brother Jimmy Hinson. She is survived by: her husband Keith Kelly; her children, Christy Dixon (Jonathan Harden) of Mt. Vernon and Joshua Penton (Mandi) of Oxford; her grandchildren, Christopher Rice and Autumn Barwick (Mitchell); her great grandchildren, Emberlyn Barwick and Cayson Rice; and her siblings, Judy Lloyd, Marie Allen, Brenda Price and Otis Hinson. She is also survived by numerous other family members and many close friends.
