He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Lee and Lottie McCullough (Kinnett); his former wife Rosemary McCullough; his grandson Eric Sisemore; his son-in-law Bob Sisemore; and his siblings, Gary and Bette.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn McCullough; his children, Norma Lynn Sisemore, Mike McCullough (Dixie), Sonya Pickney (Jimmy), Tonya Mullins (Mike), Anglea McDowell (Mike) and Tim Fraker; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Christi, Adam, Tori, Katy S, Jenni, Jesse, Amy, Stephen, Alicia, Katy L, Sabrina and Thomas; and his sister Judy Moore (Charles). He is also survived by 33 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
