He is survived by: his wife Beverly Burgess Meadors; his sons, Mortimer F. Meadors, Jr. of Clayton, Gary M. Meadors (Betty) of Macon and Alan S. Meadors of Macon; his stepchildren, Mary Tamsen Hicks Delong (Dennis) and Dr. Walter Lynn Hicks of St. Simons Island, Georgia; his grandchildren, Amy Meadors Broderick (Andy) of St. Simons Island, Frank Meadors, III (Kristen) of Rabun Gap, Stuart Meadors, Jr. of Macon, Claire Meadors Schorr (Will) of Greenville, Alex Meadors, Molly Meadors Deweese (Chad) of Macon, Abby Meadors Smith (Matthew) of Atlanta and David Shoffitt of Nashville, Tennessee; and his great grandchildren, Graham Olivieri, Thomas Meadors, George, Charlie Deweese and Renner Schorr.
