She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur (Annie Whicker) and England; and her husband James R. Coody. She is survived by: her daughter Tina Neese; her son-in-law Terry Neese; her grandchildren, Amelia (Taylor), Will, Zach and Ava; and her great grandchild Vivienne. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
