She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Johnson and Rosie Johnson; her husband John Floyd Hawk; and her sons, Tim Hawk and Paul Hawk.
She is survived by: her son Jody Hawk (Rhonda) of Monroe; her grandchildren, Katelyn Butler and Tiar McCart; and her great grandchildren, Brayden, Waverly Lord, Riden Claire and Raegan Rose Butler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
