He was predeceased by: his parents, John Roy and Myrtle Capps; and his sister Jacqui Bray. He is survived by: his wife Shirylene Capps; his children, Brian Capps (Ashley) and Alison Cowan; his grandchildren, Gage, Reagan, Scout, Stone and Silas; and his siblings, Michael Capps, Doug Capps, Joseph Capps, June Smith and Wilda Serenko. He is also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and close friends.
