She is survived by: her children, Scott, Kim Smallwood, Ricky Todd Guice and Heather (Scott Boling); her grandchildren, Tyler Hall, Makenli Boling and Brock Guice; her father Johnny P. Burns; and her siblings, Alan and Kathy Burns. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
