He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Parker and Loretta Parker; and his sister Kim. He is survived by: his cousin Brad Parker; his wife Collette McKenna Parker; and his daughters, Charlotte and Meredith. He is also survived by his wife and daughters, and many uncles and aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
