She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther S. Polk and Hazel Shy Polk; her siblings, Julia Ozburn and Steve Polk; and also Buck of Year's Day.
She is survived by: her spouse W. C. Bouchillon Jr. (Buck); her sons, Billy Bouchillon (Kathy) and Luther Bouchillon (Heidi); her grandchildren, Katie Bouchillon Curtis, Drew Bouchillon (Amy), Kyle Bouchillon (Ashley), Ashlei Bouchillon Atha (Blake), Kaitlyn Bouchillon Berry (Jake), Hunter Bouchillon, David Leifels (Lauren), John Leifels (Alivia), Michael Leifels (Lana) and Jordan Leifels (Kylan); and her close friend Nacho.
