She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Cook and Loretta Cook (Rizzo); her sister Diane Cook; and her stepfather Jim Baumgardner. She is survived by: her spouse Samuel Lukens; and her children, Kairin, Jeff Lukens (Karen) of Sioux Falls, SD, Steve Lukens (Jeanne), Jane Lukens of Sioux Falls, SD and Diana Weber (Mike).
