He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Harbin and Louise Harbin; and his siblings, Thomas, Weymon (Gibbo), Jerry, Jim, Jackie and Julia Head.
He is survived by: his wife Denise; his children, Joshua Harbin, Kayla Strickland, Danielle Strickland and Brandi Harbin; and his sisters-in-law, Jane Harbin and Carol Harbin.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in his memory.
