He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rita Horton; his sons, Brandon Jenkins and Javontae Jenkins; his grandchildren, Jameer Cobb and Jystice Cobb; his father Joe Jenkins, Sr. (Shirley); his siblings, Carl Jenkins Mr, Mark Jenkins, Randy Lowe Jenkins (Alesia) and Hope Jenkins; his sisters-in-law, Pamela Reid, Angela Cosby and Keisha Jones; his aunt Roesetta Williams; and his friends, Coy Baynes and Johnnie Wyatt. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews, other relatives.
