She was predeceased by: her son Tony Collins; and her siblings, Annie Mae Broadnax, Betty Jean Thibadeau, Mary Lou Cody, Joe Burl Payne, Charles Payne and Bill Payne.
She is survived by: her parents, Burl Payne and Idel Payne; her husband Joe Collins; her sons, Steve Collins (Shlaine) of Loganville and Chris Colllins (Beth) of Covington; her grandchildren, Katie Heermans, Kurt Collins, Sarah Beth Robuck, Jackson Collins, Logan Collins and Brooke Collins; and her siblings, Tommy Forrester of Lithonia, Eula Burt of Lithonia and Lois Wilson of Covington.
