He was predeceased by: his parents, Hewlett Parr and Shirley Parr; and his siblings, Joanie Parr Roland and Ronnie Parr. He is survived by: his sons, Wesley Parr (Bridget) of Social Circle and Jesse Parr of Covington; his grandchildren, Lyla, Katie and Madilyn; and his sister Judy Hardy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members, and many close friends.
