He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Lee Day and Dorene Stegall Day; and his sister Beverly Day Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Mask; his daughter Jillian Nan Moody (Kyle); his sister Tonya Giles; his siblings-in-law, Nancy and Allen Mask; his grandchildren, Katelyn Moody Mistretta (Logan) and Logan Moody; and his pets, Izzie, Charlie and Lucy.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of J. C. Harwell & Son Funeral Home (2157 East St, Covington, GA 30014). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
