He was predeceased by: his nephew Jake Michael "Little Jake" Kay; and his father Jake Davis. He is survived by: his mother Gail Barrett; his stepfather Ronald Barrett of Covington; and his sisters, Ursula Nicole Kay (Justin) of Covington and Heather Sheree Davis (Chris DeBerry) of Covington. He is also survived by 5 nieces and nephews, along with other family members and close friends.
