He is survived by: his sons, Matthew and Andrew Ballard; his sister Ada Ruth Weldon; his wife Reatha Ballard; his children, Julie Scott (Lea) and Mark Ballard (Terri); his grandchildren, Savannah Smith (Jeffrey), Davis Ballard, Logan Ballard, Nathan Ballard, Aidan Findley, Ava Findley, Kaleb Slaton, Garrett Scott and Patric Scott; and his siblings, Joan Kysiak (Phil), John Ballard (Joyce) and Joe Ballard (Anita).
