He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sr. Lowery and Barbara Jean Lowery (Phillips); and his brother John Vaughn. He is survived by: his close friend Kristie Dailey; his daughter Vanessa; his son-in-law Brad Montgomery; his sons, Timothy (Rhiannon Lowery) and Luke Fowler; his grandchildren, Aria, Brayke, Vaida, Madeline, Gabriel and Cohen; his brothers, Charles Lowery (Pam), Billy Lowery (Wanda), Ronny Jones and Donnie Vaughn (Carol); and his girlfriend Kristie.
