He was predeceased by: his son David Wayne Bragg of Sarasota, FL; his parents, James Bragg and Lodema Bragg of Charleston, SC; and his brother Terrance Bragg of Covington, GA.. He is survived by: his close friend Rachel Telford; his daughter Tasha Effie Bragg-Rigg (James J. Rigg, II); his granddaughters, Jenny Katelyn Evans of Saginaw, MI, Joann Karen Evans of Saginaw, MI, Jacklyn Kristal Evans of Saginaw, MI and Alexandria Bragg of Euharlee, GA; his sister Effie Bragg Abrahamsen (Alan) of Conyers, GA; his nephew Alan Abrahamsen, Jr.; and his niece Wendy Conn (Jamie).
A memorial service and celebration of his life will be held at a later date due to the coronavirus pandemic and the restrictions.
