Though James may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Bailey and Margaret Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Delbra Bailey; his children, Jennifer Mercer (Brad) and Casey Williams (Randy); and his grandchildren, Brooklyn Jackson (Kenneth), Jacob Cheek (Courtney), Krista Mercer and Lexi Williams (Tom Kirkpatrick). He is also survived by great grandchildren along with other family members and close friends.
