He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Powell; his daughter Wendy Wiseman (Tom Wiseman); his siblings, Otis Powell Jr., Donald Powell and Pauline Norton; his grandsons, Ashley E. Martzall, Brandon A. Martin and Kelley C. Struble; his stepdaughter Cynthia Hinojosa; and his grandchildren, Breanna Dowdell, Hannah Hinojosa and Edward Hinojosa.
