He is survived by: his son Todd Chambers of Covington; his daughter-in-law Alanna Chambers of Oxford; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Javen, Chloe and Reese; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh and Eli; his sister Gail Smith (Dennis) of Covington; and his sister-in-law Cathy Chambers of Covington. He is also survived by other family members and many close friends.
