It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Brogan of Covington, Georgia, who passed away on July 10, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mason Fralick and Cora Bell McDaniel Fralick; her husband Barry Brogan; her son Jerry Fowler; and her siblings, J. R. Fralick, Bob Fralick, Tom Fralick and Corine Fralick.
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Lott of Covington and Judy Duren (Lamar) of Covington. She is also survived by 32 grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, along with other family members and numerous friends.
