He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Allen and Myrtle Allen; his son Tim Allen; and his brother Elbert Allen. He is survived by: his wife Winnie Pair Allen; his children, Phillip and Laurah; his grandsons, Ryan and Garrett Hensley; and his brother-in-law Doyle. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
