He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Albert Weik, Sr. and Elizabeth Katz (Blanchard); his wife Katie; his grandson Jon-Michael Weik; and his brother Richard Bluchard.

He is survived by: his children, Patricia Wilson of Covington, Charlie (Roberta Weik), Toni (Mark Henry), Cindy (Rodney Hatcher) and Richard (Sandra Weik); and his grandchildren, Sharon Bragg (Marshall), Charles Weik (Rosemary), Travis Weik (Dayna), Ashlinn Fiddler (Jeff), Jennie Shaw (Nate), Rebecca Smith (Jeffrey), Aubree Kimmons, Amanda Thompson (Scott), James Hylton (Emily), David Henry (Ashton), Tonja Hayes (Bo), Dustin Hatcher (Brandy), Rebekah-Love Lanier (Mike), Ashley Crowell, Camaron Baker, Christopher Weik (Lauren) and Taylor Morris (Joey). He is also survived by 34 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
