She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Collinsworth and Rebecca Collinsworth; her spouse O'Neal Cotton; her sisters, Melba Hart and Ruby McKinney; and her granddaughter Rachel Bailey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Becky Bolden (Steve Bolden), Cindy Bailey (Roy Bailey), Melanie Spikes (Tony Spikes) and Teresa Hanna (Terry Hanna); and her siblings, Vassie Harrison of Paxton, FL and Frank Collinsworth of Orangevale, CA. She is also survived by her 4 children, 12 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
