He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hart and Mildred Hart. He is survived by: his wife Tina Hart; his children, Amber (Catalinotto Curinton), Heather Thomas (Elijah) and Travis (Danielle Hersh); his grandchildren, Knighton Curinton, Aadelaye Curinton, Ajan'iree Curinton, Dominic Curinton, Caleb Thomas, Riley Thomas, Paige Thomas, Sebastian Jones, Alex Jones, Maddie Hersh, Brady Hersh, Gabby Hersh and Nova Hersh; and his brothers, Jerry Hart (Brenda) and Johnny Hart (Vivian). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Dennis retired from American Cancer Society where he was an IT (Information Technology) manager.
