Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Daniel Thomas Hawkins of Covington, Georgia, born in Cleveland, Tennessee, who passed away at the age of 79, on May 8, 2023. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Hawkins and Lillian Hawkins; and his daughter Angela Boyett. He is survived by: his wife Renee Hawkins; his daughter Dana; his son-in-law Michael Farrell; and his grandson Daniel Holden Farrell.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to Providence Classical Christian School or to Prospect Church at Oak Hill.
