He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Evans; his parents, Frank Evans and Gladys Evans; his son Curtis Michael Evans; and his siblings, Charles Evans, Nell Smith and Mary Romain.
He is survived by: his son Greg Evans (Michele) of Chattanooga, TN.; and his grandchildren, Hannah Evans, Brian, Kayla Hambrice Brad Hambrice (Waylon), Carly, Klay Cranford, Bailey Dickinson, Ellie, Mateen Manshadi (Eliza), Colton and Sydney Ginn.
