She is survived by: her husband Franklin Calhoun; her children, Lisa M. Sullivan (Kelvin) and Nantambu Calhoun (Dwyniece); her grandchildren, Tanesha, Nantambu II, Tyre, David Jr. and Tyeson; her mother-in-law Margaret C. Gardner; and her aunts, Margaret Brown and Kathryn Bailey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
