He is survived by: his sons, Tommy Shepherd of Covington and David Forester (Brandi Myers); his grandchildren, Victor, Danielle Shepherd, Ivy Shepherd, Dalton Forester and Dustin Forester; his great grandchild Berkley Wrenn Shepherd; and his siblings, Martha Russell (Gene Carr), Marilyn (Richard Hall), Kathy Forester of Commerce, Roger (Jane Forester), Jimmy Forester of Covington and Fredderick Forester of Canton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
