He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Glanton and Marie Clark Glanton; and his brother Billy Jo. He is survived by: his wife Clara Plymel Glanton; his children, Scotti Glanton of Loganville, Shelli Wall (Lance) of Loganville, Sonia Nelson (Tom) of Oxford, Shane Glanton of North Carolina, Adam Glanton of Monticello and Steven Bennett of Oxford; and his siblings, Cora Jane Shannon of Texas and Thomas Glanton (Debi) of Rutledge. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
