He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Howard and Helen Howard; and his daughter Terri Deann Howard. He is survived by: his significant other Debbie Thompson; his brother Hank Howard; his sister-in-law Cythia Manson; his grandchildren, Destini Marsh (Greg Schwartz), Gage (Jasmine Marsh) and Brayden Thompson (Carter Thompson); and his great grandchildren, Orson and Ruth Schwartz.
