He is survived by: his children, David Mann (Tammy) of Covington, Mark Mann (Tessa) of Covington, Michelle King (Anthony) of Uvalda and Gary Mann (Patricia) of Loganville; and his siblings, Samuel Mann (Carol) of Covington, Nancy Arnett (Gary) of Social Circle and Peggy Bates of Covington. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren.
