It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Ray Ralston (Covington, Georgia), who passed away on October 24, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Ada Bell Ralston (Smith); his mother Iwayne Ralston; and his children, Debra Vanmeter and Ray Ralston. He is survived by: his children, Denise, Jeff Land of Covington, GA, Gary and Jan Ralston of Panama City, FL; his daughter-in-law Donna Ralston of Covington, GA; and his sisters, Charlotte, Judy and Faye. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
