She is survived by: her children, Lanier (Debora Mote) and Steve (Cherie Mote); her grandchildren, Tina (Brandon Douglas), Jeff Mote and Daniel (Adrianne Mote); her great grandchildren, Ansley Douglas, Hannah Douglas of Kylie Douglas, J. D, Ryan Mote and Andrew Mote; and her sister Kathleen Capes Hooper of Covington.
