She is survived by: her husband William Cecil Mitchell of Covington; her daughter Diane; her son-in-law Robert Jacques of Covington; her son Bill; her daughter-in-law Brenda Mitchell of Loganville; her grandchildren, William Mitchell, III, Bobby (Jessica Jacques), Jason Jacques, Craig Jacques and Alisha Jacques (Garrik Mitchell); her great grandchild Summer Jacques; and her sisters, Wanda (David Elder) and Mona Hardeman. She is also survived by sister-in-law; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
