He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Jones; and his siblings, Pauline Jones and John Jones. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jones of Conyers; his daughters, Joanne Hooper (Lawson) of Covington and Nancy Peters (Sammy) of Rutledge; and his grandchildren, Erin Crumpton (Shannon), Chris Malcom (Jane), Suzanne Cawthorn (Will) and Will Hooper (Anna). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
